Grace is out with local families, prepared with paper and pencil to gather important background knowledge of the local plans and the necessary improvements. Grace's barangay (neighborhood) San Rogues, along with four other slums in Ligao, have been defined and drafted a series of infrastructure projects that they are negotiating with the municipality to implement. The municipal budgets for the coming year show that money has been allocated for improvements.
